Orders

• When you order, we store the name you type, what you ordered, any custom item or notes, whether it is a delivery, and the time.
• Anyone with the site link can see today's orders under "See what others ordered".
• Orders are kept so the admin can see past Taco Tuesdays and yearly stats. The admin can delete any order.

Taco run

• If you tap "I'm going", your name is shown as the runner.
• While the run is active and the page is open on your phone, your location is sent so others can follow along. Locations more than 5 miles from the office are not stored.
• Your location is deleted when the run ends, or after 3 hours if nobody finishes it. The step times are kept.
• The browser extension never uses your location.

Reminders

• If you turn on reminders, we store your browser's push address and the name you typed, so we can send the Tuesday reminder and "Tacos are here!".
• The admin can see who is signed up and remove anyone. Turning off notifications for the site stops them.

Browser extension

• It sends your order to taco-tracker.com, the same as the website.
• It saves your name in your browser so you don't have to type it again.
• Once a minute it checks taco-tracker.com for today's order count and the taco run, for the badge and notifications.
• It does not read the pages you visit, your browsing history, or anything outside Taco Tracker.

What we don't do

• No ads, no analytics or tracking, and no selling or sharing of your information.
• The only cookie is the admin's sign-in.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data.
• Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap, and fonts from Google Fonts, when the site loads them.
